Our Signature Offering
We believe hospitality is an art and like all art, it’s felt.
The Hidden Guest was born from a deep passion for the unspoken
details: the welcome glance, the perfectly timed gesture, the feeling of being seen.
Most guests won’t tell you what was missing. We do.
Our mission is to help boutique and luxury properties deliver unforgettable experiences
through Guest Journey Evaluations that go beyond checklists.
We capture and coach emotional touchpoints and proactive service, those subtle but powerful
moments that shape guest perception and loyalty.

Meet Your Hidden Guests

Kris
Hospitality lifer. Fine dining trained.
Business builder at heart.
Kris got his start at Ruth’s Chris in Nashville, Tennessee, a location known for hosting music legends and delivering white glove service with soul. It was here that he learned what true hospitality feels like: the small, unspoken moments that make a guest feel like they belong.
Since then, he’s built multiple successful service brands from the ground up, combining emotional intelligence with operational precision. With over a decade in real estate and the last 15 years leading a multimillion dollar logistics company, Kris deeply understands the growing pains and plate spinning that come with running a service based business.
Whether you’re struggling with flow, culture, consistency, or guest connection, Kris has walked that road and knows how to get you back to what matters most: creating experiences that feel as good as they look. From front desk to farewell, he’ll help you find the moments where the magic fades and show you how to bring them roaring back.

Lisa
Wellness professional. Sommelier in training.
Spa and hospitality expert.
Lisa brings a rare blend of technical skill and intuitive service to every guest experience. Her background spans fine dining, luxury wellness, real estate, and international culture, giving her a 360 degree understanding of what it means to truly care for people. She’s currently completing her Level 2 Sommelier certification and massage therapy licensure, training under a Master Sommelier and applying that same level of precision to spa services and sensory experience. Lisa has worked in fine dining at multiple establishments, where she honed her service instincts and palate, gaining a deep appreciation for wine, food, and the storytelling that connects them. Before entering the hospitality space full time, Lisa spent a decade in real estate, rising through the ranks on the client experience and administrative side where she learned how details, timing, and trust shape every interaction. She also holds a degree in Spanish and spent a year living in Spain, where she deepened her understanding of culture, global hospitality, and the human connections behind every table and treatment. Whether she’s analyzing a spa layout, reviewing a wine list, or helping teams tune into emotional touchpoints, Lisa sees what others miss and helps you elevate it to something unforgettable.
